This Project and Contract are funded in whole or in part via a grant from the Active Transportation Program. Pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code Section 2382 and the Active Transportation Program Guidelines, grant applicants were scored in part on their commitment to using the services of the California Conservation Corps (CCC) or a qualified community conservation corps, as defined in Section 14507.5 of the Public resources Code. Metro has committed, as part of its grant application, to using the services of The Los Angeles Chapter of CCC (LACC) in completing a portion of the Project.

Accordingly, Contractor shall use LACC as a subcontractor for Work pertaining to striping, landscaping, and stop line(s).
